Remove clutter in all rooms, especially bedrooms and living areas. Again, allow prospective buyers to witness the energy possibilities of the spaces, not your personal style.

Create a spa feel in the bathroom by removing all your personal items, prospective purchasers do not need to know which toothpaste brand you prefer.
Plants are life-force energy in Feng Shui, ensure you have a few healthy plants in tasteful pots throughout your home – particularly in the far left corner of your lounge or dining area (from your front door) as this is one of your wealth areas.
Earthy scents are the most appealing to the widest range of people. So, opt for cinnamon and pine.

If you know where you’re moving to or a current property you’d like to secure, place a picture of your new home with the words Home Sweet Home across it (on the same page as your SOLD home). You can keep on your computer, however be sure to look at it every day.

When moving to your new home, its good Feng Shui to take some earth from your old home to your new residence.
Do not go to your new home empty-handed. On your moving day, hold some living goods or valuables (like crystals and plants) when you enter your new home and don’t look back.
